About the Company:

An established and successful construction management contractor, who have been in business for over 20 years, specializes in design-build services for interior office renovations and other large commercial buildings. They have completed numerous of projects all over the GTA ranging up to and over $11M.

As they are rapidly growing, they have secured large, long term projects all over the GTA and are seeking for an eager, “go-getter” Receptionist, to join their dynamic team of talented professionals. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is starting off their administrative career or newly graduates!

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and reporting to Human Resource Manager
  • Meet and greet clients and customers at the front desk
  • Answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, directing calls, taking messages, assisting clients with questions, etc
  • Signing for courier and mail deliveries
  • Ordering office supplies and assisting management staff with various administrative duties
  • Occasional errand and bank runs
  • Any other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in working in an office setting or on the phones (preferred)
  • Eager to learn with a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and organized
  • Punctual, professional and positive up-beat attitude
  • Driver’s license

Compensation:

  • $40,000 to $50,000 annual salary (commensurate with experience)
