About the Company
Our client is a medium sized, busy and established mechanical contractor that provides a full line of products and services for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing to residential builders. They have been operating successfully for over 40 years in new home construction.
Their Plumbing department is currently seeking for Administrative Clerk for their Plumbing Purchasing Extras. Must have a keen eye for attention to detail. They offer room for growth and the opportunity to work with a great team of people! This the perfect opportunity for newly graduates looking to get into the construction office and/or plumbing field!
This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position with the shifts of Monday to Friday at 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Entering important data of plumbing purchaser extras retrieved on Builder’s portal
- Processing plumbing and sub-contractor timesheets
- Assisting with preparation of invoices
- Receiving incoming customer service phone calls relating to plumbing service matters
- Responsible for daily mail distribution
- Light reception duties (assisting with incoming calls)
- Other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Hands-on Plumbing or plumbing office experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive and energetic work ethic
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
Compensation:
- Up to $60K (dependent on experience)
