To support their expanding operations, they are seeking a motivated and industry experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to join their dynamic team!
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of their roofing projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with clients, subcontractors, and their in-house team to ensure timelines are met and budgets are followed, while keeping client satisfaction at its highest!

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and scheduling roofing projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and communicated effectively
Coordinate between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to management
Handle communication with clients regarding project status, concerns and any other changes
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits and inspection reports
Order and manage materials to ensure timely delivery to job sites
Help troubleshoot and resolve issue that arise during the project to minimize delays
Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to on-site
Assist with invoicing and tracking project expenses
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the roofing industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously
Knowledge of roofing and construction processes is a must
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
