Service Coordinator – HVAC

Company Details:

Our client is an established and reputable mechanical contractor which provides sheet metal, plumbing and HVAC services to the commercial and industrial sectors. They have been operating for over 40 years and are seeking for an organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as a team!

Duties:

• Dispatching plumbers and HVAC technicians for service calls during business hours for site across the GTA
• Utilizing our software for data, invoicing, billings and other related administrative tasks
• Invoicing and billing for service calls
• Report to Construction Manger
• Tracking safety documentation for completion
• Tracking vehicle inspections for incidents or fleet damage and report accordingly; scheduling regular maintenance on the company vehicles
• Ensuring vehicle inventory is sufficient daily
• Ordering and scheduling deliveries

Qualifications:

• Recent and relevant experience in service coordination (industry experience preferred)
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse groups of people
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an attention to detail that ensures all tasks are completed accurately

Compensation:

• Salary ranging from $50k to $70K (commensurate with experience)
