About the Company:

Our client is a large, busy and established mechanical company that provides a full line of products and services for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. They have been operating successfully for over 40 years in new home construction.

They are currently seeking for a Service Manager to join their dynamic team, offering room for growth and working with a great team of people!

Responsibilities:

• Coach, support and lead of team of HVAC technicians daily
• Perform regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity metrics, setting plans and executing these effectively to drive optimal performance of Field Services team and 3rd party sub-contractors through goal setting, observation, coaching and reviews
• Deliver prompt and efficient resolution to customer inquiries/complaints
• Perform service calls, repairs, installations, maintenance, etc.
• Prepare schedule, plans, etc daily

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of progressive experience in HVAC industry (residential preferred)
• Possessing relevant HVAC – Gas Fitter & Air-Conditioning licenses.
• Knowledge and technical experience within the HVAC industry is required
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation), interpersonal skills along with innovative thinking and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated to succeed with the ability to build team spirit, motivate team members and encourage collaboration
• Driver’s license with a clean driving Abstract
• On the road, attending at various homes and job sites

Compensation:

• Up to $80,000 (based on experience)
