HVAC Service Coordinator

Job Overview
Our client is a medium sized, busy and established mechanical contractor that provides a full line of products and services for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. They have been operating successfully for over 40 years in new home construction.

They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic HVAC team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer needs while promoting our products and services.

Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
• Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide information on features, benefits, and pricing.
• Communication and dispatching technicians to site location for troubleshooting, installation and/or repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
• Provide training and support to new team members on customer service best practices.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in HVAC industry.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and poise.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
