Warehouse Coordinator – (Plumbing Focused)

With over 40 years of experience, our client, located in Brampton, ON, specialize in delivering complete plumbing systems for builders and developers. Some are their services include: supply and drainage, hot water tanks, and emergency service.

Our client is currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse and facility operations. This role is primarily warehouse-based and ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work, organization, and basic administrative tasks. The Warehouse Coordinator plays an important role in keeping materials, tools, and supplies organized and ready to support service and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including organization, cleanliness, and upkeep
• Receive, store, and stage materials, tools, and fixtures for jobs and service work
  Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with ordering parts and supplies
• Prepare materials and equipment for service calls and internal requests
• Support service requests and work orders as needed
• Perform general warehouse and facility maintenance tasks
• Assist with basic plumbing-related tasks when required
• Use computer systems to track inventory, orders, and service requests
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, facilities, or operations support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving materials
• Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, work orders)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Plumbing experience and/or general plumbing knowledge is considered an asset
• Experience working in construction, HVAC, or service-based environments

Compensation

• $50,000 to $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
