About the Company:
For over 25 years, our client has been servicing Ontario with fabrication and installation of sheet metal and air system solutions. They cater to the residential sector at all building sizes including high rise.
They are constantly expanding and currently looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join their talented group of workers!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Guide, train and mentor sheet metal crew
- Attend site meetings and report to Site Supervisor regularly
- Experience with site measuring
- Organize workers in performing specific tasks
- Knowledgeable with safety rules and protocols
Requirements:
- Member with local 285 is preferred
- Experience in Sheet Metal Foreman role or over 5+ years of experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman
- Valid driver’s license
- Up-to-date safety tickets will be provided
Compensation:
- Current Local 285 Foreman hourly rate
- Local 285 benefits and pension
- $1000/month for vehicle and gas expenses
- All other local 285 additional benefits and compensation
