About the Company:

Our client is an established residential developer who have been operating successfully for over 30 years. Their developments include sophisticated and luxurious detached townhomes, high-rise towers, family homes, detached and semi-detached homes all over the GTA.

Having secured numerous projects, they are growing and need more talent to join their dynamic team! They are looking to hire an eager Construction Coordinator to assist the Project Management team with various new and ongoing projects!

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Direction of Construction
  • Assisting project management team with various residential projects
  • Track and monitor submittals to ensure returned within specified timeframe
  • Communicating with the project team regarding budgets and schedules
  • Attend daily or weekly meetings to discuss status of various projects
  • Preparing various reports and tracking of any outstanding RFIs, orders, site safety reports
  • Point out budget or schedule issues to the project management team
  • Any other duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of previous construction coordination experience
  • Attention to detail and organizations skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as with minimal supervision
  • Possess excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills

Compensation:

  • Up to $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
