Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and scheduling roofing projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and communicated effectively
• Coordinate between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to management
• Handle communication with clients regarding project status, concerns and any other changes
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits and inspection reports
• Order and manage materials to ensure timely delivery to job sites
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issue that arise during the project to minimize delays
• Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to on-site
• Assist with invoicing and tracking project expenses

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the roofing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of roofing and construction processes is a must
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
