They are well known for providing solutions for various HVAC applications to the commercial and industrials sectors.
Their Mississauga offices are currently seeking a Warehouse Parts Associate to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. The successful candidates will be provided with training in HVAC parts and offering ample room for growth.
Responsibilities and Job Functions:
· Responsible for picking orders in the warehouse
· Performing customer services functions such as answering incoming phone calls, speaking and assisting customers, suppliers, etc.
· Responsible for assisting with quotation of various HVAC parts and supplies
· Drafting emails to customers; entering data into software
· Assisting customers at counter sales for various parts
· Operating a Forklift in a safely manner
· Other duties as requested
Requirements:
· Experience and being comfortable working in a warehouse
· Excellent customer service skills
· Good computer skills
· Organized and trustworthy, with a good work ethic
· Forklift experience is an asset (will train and certify)
· Must live in the Mississauga area
· Must be able to work from Monday-Friday 7am to 4pm
Compensation:
· Up to $70,000 (dependent on experience level)
