Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC, Sheet Metal, Plumbing)

PROJECT MANAGER (MECHANICAL SECTOR) 

Company Details:

Our client is an established and reputable mechanical contractor which provides sheet metal, plumbing and HVAC services to the commercial and industrial sectors. They have been operating for over 40 years and are seeking for an eager and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings; HVAC, Sheet Metal and Plumbing
Responsible for managing various project from start to end
Working with project coordination and estimation teams on various commercial projects (plazas, office buildings, restaurants, etc)
Imputing project information into software (Bluebeam, AutoCad, MS Excel)
Preparing reports
Reviewing contracts
Maintenance of project files
Attending site meetings regularly
Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications: 

Excellent commuter skills: MS Office Suites
Organized and detailed oriented
Excellent command of English language both written and verbal
Ability to work as a team and independently
Mechanical/construction experience (asset)
Ability to work full time (Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm)

Compensation:

Up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)
